Protecting Students and School Employees from Sexual Harassment defines sexual harassment, discusses school obligations, and outlines the grievance procedure.

Important Notice to Students and Families
Schnee Learning Center is a public community school established under Chapter 3314 of the Ohio
Revised Code. As a community school, we strive to provide an enriching educational experience that
helps our students achieve academic success and personal growth.
Students enrolled in and attending Schnee Learning Center are required to participate in all state-
mandated proficiency tests and examinations as prescribed by law. Additional requirements for students
may also be outlined in accordance with Ohio law and regulations.
Please note: Students who have been excused from the compulsory attendance law for the purpose of
home education, as defined in the Ohio Administrative Code, will no longer be excused for that purpose
upon enrollment in our school.
